The proposals involve; the installation of extraction/ventilation system, new bin area, installation of internally illuminated main fascia sign & non-illuminated lettering onto the awning and alterations to shop front.

We produced architectural drawings for extraction system, shop front and signage. We submitted the applications and liaised with the council.

The applications were Granted Permission.
