Project Description

This project involved obtaining Prior Approval confirmation for a proposed single-storey rear extension projecting 6 metres from the rear wall of the original dwelling at 109 Park Lane, Carshalton. We prepared and submitted the required Prior Approval application to the London Borough of Sutton, demonstrating that the proposal complied with the relevant permitted development criteria for larger home extensions under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. The application was successfully assessed, with the Local Authority confirming that prior approval was not required for the proposed works.

As part of the submission, our team produced and coordinated a full package of supporting architectural drawings and planning documentation, including Existing and Proposed Floor Plans, Elevations, Site Plan, and extension projections required for validation and neighbour consultation purposes.
