Project Description

This project involved securing a Lawful Development Certificate (LDC) for a proposed loft conversion and rear dormer extension at 109 Park Lane, Carshalton, within the London Borough of Sutton. Acting on behalf of the client, our agency prepared and submitted a detailed application demonstrating that the proposed development complied fully with permitted development rights under the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015. The application was successfully granted under reference DM2026/00164, confirming that formal planning permission was not required for the works.

Our team provided a complete set of professional planning and architectural drawings in support of the application, including Existing and Proposed Elevations, Floor Plans, and Roof Plans tailored specifically for LDC validation requirements. We also coordinated the submission strategy and ensured the proposal met all relevant Class B and Class C permitted development criteria for roof alterations and dormer extensions.
