Project Description

We secured full planning permission from West Northamptonshire Council for the change of use of the first and second floors of 175 Wellingborough Road, Northampton. The scheme involved converting the upper levels from commercial use (sui generis) into a four-bedroom residential dwelling (Use Class C3), with associated rear extensions and alterations.

The proposal was approved in line with Policies S10, BN9, and H1 of the Joint Core Strategy, as well as Policy E20 of the Northampton Local Plan, ensuring that the development would have no adverse impact on residential amenity or highway safety.
