Project Description

This project involved the proposed alterations to the existing shopfront at 49 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 1HS, including the installation of new black-painted aluminium frame double-glazed doors. The design was carefully developed to improve the visual appearance & security of the premises while remaining sensitive to the established commercial character of the surrounding streetscape within East Ham, in the London Borough of Newham.

We prepared a full suite of standard planning documents in support of the application, including detailed existing and proposed drawings, a comprehensive Design & Access Statement, and a Planning Statement outlining design justification and policy compliance.

Planning permission was successfully achieved.
