Project Description

This project comprised the installation of a new retail shopfront at 8 Fulham Broadway, London SW6 1AA, enhancing the visual identity and street presence of the commercial unit within a busy high-street context. Located in the heart of Fulham Broadway, the proposal was carefully developed to align with local planning policy, surrounding architectural character, and the operational needs of a modern retail tenant.

We prepared and submitted a comprehensive planning application package, including detailed existing and proposed drawings, a Design & Access Statement, and a Planning Statement setting out the design rationale and policy compliance. Supporting documentation such as site analysis, photographic survey, and visualisations were also provided to strengthen the submission. Full planning permission was successfully achieved, enabling the delivery of a high-quality shopfront upgrade that contributes positively to the streetscape within London.
