Project Description
This project involved the submission of a Prior Approval application for a proposed single-storey rear extension at 4 Russell Road, London N20 0TS, under permitted development rights for larger home extensions. The scheme comprised a rear extension with a maximum depth of 6.0 metres, a height of 2.96 metres, and an eaves height of 2.7 metres, designed to comply with the relevant prior approval criteria.
