Project Description
This project involved the submission of a Prior Approval application for a proposed single-storey rear extension at 4 Russell Road, London, N20 0TS. The proposal comprised a rear extension with a maximum depth of 6.0 metres, a maximum height of 2.96 metres, and an eaves height of 2.7 metres, designed in accordance with permitted development legislation for larger home extensions.
