Project Description

We provided professional premises licence plan drawings for the premises located at 3–5 The Colonnade, Verulam, St Albans, AL3 4DD, submitted to St Albans City & District Council. The plans were carefully prepared to accurately reflect the internal layout and clearly define all relevant licensable areas in line with current licensing requirements.

This project resulted in the successful granting of the premises licence, demonstrating the clarity and compliance of the submitted drawings and supporting documentation throughout the approval process.
