Project Description

For this project, we produced detailed premises licence plan drawings for a property located at 101 High Street, Bedford, MK40 1NE, submitted under Bedford Borough Council. The drawings were developed to a high level of accuracy, clearly setting out the internal arrangement of the premises and identifying key operational and licensable areas.

Our plans were prepared in line with current licensing requirements, ensuring they provided a clear, professional, and regulator-ready representation to support the premises licence application process.
