Project Description
Se & Se Consultancy Ltd. prepared and submitted a successful planning application for the proposed conversion of a ground floor office into a restaurant, together with the installation of a commercial kitchen extractor flue at 2 Queensbury Station Parade, Edgware. The project involved coordinating the planning submission and preparing the supporting documents required to demonstrate that the proposed restaurant use and extraction system could operate appropriately within the local area.
Our supporting submission included the relevant planning drawings, project documentation, and technical information relating to the proposed extractor flue and restaurant conversion. Following assessment by Brent Council, planning permission was granted, confirming approval for the change of use and associated extraction works. This project highlights our experience in managing restaurant planning applications, extractor flue proposals, and commercial change-of-use approvals across London.
