Planning permission was successfully secured for the retention and completion of a commercial extraction flue at 68 Bellegrove Road, Welling (DA16 3PY). The application regularised the existing installation, ensuring the system could remain in situ and be fully completed in a manner that is appropriate to the building and its surrounding town centre context, while safeguarding neighbouring amenity.

A focused planning submission was prepared, including a Planning Statement, Design and Access Statement, and supporting technical drawings confirming the flue design and positioning. A ventilation note was also provided to demonstrate ongoing compliance with relevant environmental and odour control standards. The proposal was ultimately accepted by the Local Planning Authority, resulting in the successful grant of permission.
