Project Description

Planning permission was granted by the London Borough of Redbridge for a single-storey rear extension and rear-mounted extraction system at 545 Cranbrook Road, Ilford. The proposal was developed to enhance the functionality of the commercial premises by providing additional operational space while incorporating a carefully designed ventilation solution suited to the constraints of a densely built urban environment.

The application was supported by detailed architectural drawings, a Planning Statement, Design and Access Statement, and a comprehensive ventilation strategy demonstrating effective odour control and compliance with relevant environmental guidance. By carefully addressing potential impacts on neighbouring amenity and the surrounding area, the development gained approval, allowing the client to improve and expand the premises while maintaining compliance with local planning policies.
