Project Description

This project was an application for the installation of a new extraction system to the rear elevation at 41 Camberwell Church Street. The proposal was carefully designed to improve the operational requirements of the premises while minimising visual impact on neighbouring properties and the surrounding environment, ensuring full consideration of local planning and environmental standards.

We oversaw the project from preparation through to approval, producing a coordinated set of planning and technical documents in support of the application. These included Existing and Proposed Elevations, Extraction System Drawings, Location and Block Plans, and supporting technical details required by the local authority. Through a well-managed submission and clear planning strategy, consent was successfully secured for the proposed rear elevation works.
