Project Description
Planning permission was successfully achieved for the installation of a commercial kitchen extraction and ventilation system at 19–21 Pitfield Street, London N1 6HB. Careful consideration was given to the surrounding mixed-use context, particularly in relation to odour dispersion, noise mitigation, and the visual impact of any external plant.
To support the application, we delivered a full suite of standard planning documentation, including a Planning Statement, Design and Access Statement, and detailed technical drawings illustrating the proposed extraction route and external termination. A comprehensive ventilation strategy was also prepared, demonstrating appropriate filtration, discharge heights, and mitigation measures to protect neighbouring occupiers. The submission evidenced compliance with local planning policy and environmental guidance, resulting in the successful grant of planning permission.
