Project Description

Se & Se Consultancy Ltd, successfully secured planning permission for the installation of a new extraction and ventilation system together with alterations to the shopfront at 166 Stoke Newington Road, London, N16 7UY. The project was carefully developed to improve the operational functionality of the premises while ensuring the external appearance and technical specifications complied with local planning, environmental health, and design requirements.

We managed the application process in full, preparing a detailed package of planning documents and architectural drawings including Existing and Proposed Elevations, Shopfront Alteration Drawings, Extraction and Ventilation Reports, Location and Block Plans, and all associated technical information required to support the application.
