Project Description

We were appointed to support the upgrade of 154 Ladbroke Grove through the installation of a new extraction system, creation of a bin storage area, and alterations to the existing shopfront.

Given the site’s prominent location within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, our approach was carefully tailored to meet local planning policy and design guidelines. We prepared and submitted a detailed planning application, including all necessary architectural documentation and plans.

Permission was granted in April 2022, enabling the client to proceed with essential operational improvements while maintaining compliance with borough requirements.
