This full planning application for a single-storey rear extension to create a new cold room at 283 High Road, Benfleet, Essex, was successfully approved by Castle Point Borough Council under application reference 21/0901/FUL. Acting on behalf of our client, we managed the planning process from initial design development through to submission, ensuring the proposal aligned with local planning policy and development requirements.

As part of the submission package, our team prepared and coordinated a comprehensive set of standard planning documents, including the Location Plan, Site/Block Plan, Proposed Floor Plans, and Proposed Elevations.
