Project Description
Planning permission was secured for the change of use of the premises from a Class C3 residential dwelling to a Class E commercial café use, supporting the introduction of a new retail/café unit within the local area.
The proposal required careful planning consideration to demonstrate that the introduction of a café use would not result in unacceptable impacts on neighbouring amenity or the wider area.
