Project Description

This project involved securing Advertisement Consent for the installation of new externally visible signage at 606 Uxbridge Road, Hayes, UB4 0RY. We prepared and submitted a detailed advertisement consent application, ensuring the proposal complied with local authority design guidance, highway safety considerations, and advertisement regulations.

As part of the submission process, our team prepared a comprehensive package of supporting documents and scaled drawings, including Existing and Proposed Elevations, Signage Details, Location Plans, and illumination specifications required for validation and assessment. We also coordinated the planning submission strategy to ensure the signage design aligned with the character of the surrounding streetscape while meeting operational branding requirements.

The application was successfully approved, allowing the business to enhance its visibility and strengthen its commercial presence within the local area.
