Project Description
We successfully secured advertisement consent and planning permission for a new fascia signage scheme at Ground Floor, 240 Portobello Road, London, W11 1LL, within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The proposal involved alterations to the existing shopfront and the installation of bespoke non-illuminated titanium steel lettering with a painted gold finish, carefully designed to complement the character and architectural setting of Portobello Road while enhancing the commercial presence of the premises.
Our agency managed the application process, preparing and coordinating a full suite of standard planning documents in support of the submission. These included the Block Plan, Location Plan, Proposed Front Elevation, Existing and Proposed Side Elevations, Fascia Signage Elevation, Fascia Section Details, and all associated architectural drawing packages required by the local authority.
