50% Open Space Rule for Smoking Area

Smoking is only permitted if there is at least “50% open space” around the perimeter of an area that is not considerably enclosed.

It needs to be calculated what percentage of the smoking area is open and what percentage is enclosed to be sure it complies with the smoke-free legislation.

In order to ensure that your smoking area&shelter complies with the 50% open space rule, please contact with us.
