Project Description
We secured full retrospective planning permission from Ipswich Borough Council for the erection of a pergola attached to the side of the existing building at Norris House, Hadleigh Road, Ipswich, together with associated external works.
The proposed development included an external serving counter, hard landscaping, boundary treatments and the insertion of a new external door. To support the planning application, we prepared and submitted the relevant planning documentation, including existing and proposed floor plans, elevations and pergola drawings, alongside the completed planning application.
Following the Council’s assessment, planning permission was granted, regularising the existing development and securing formal planning approval for the pergola and associated external alterations.
