Project Description

This project involved securing retrospective planning permission for the change of use of a retail unit to a hot food takeaway, including the partial retrospective installation of an extraction and ventilation system at the rear of the premises.

Working closely with the client, we managed all planning submissions, including odour and acoustic reports, to ensure compliance with local policies and residential amenity standards. The project was approved subject to implementation of specific mitigation measures for noise and odour control, in line with Policies 37, 98, and 121 of the Bromley Local Plan.
