Changes to Use Classes from 1 September 2020

As of 1st September 2020, a new Use Class E has come into force, which covers both the former A1 (Retail),     A3 (Restaurant/Café) A2 and B1 uses.Therefore, planning permission is not required for the new restaurant uses. However, planning permission is required for the proposed ventilation/extraction system.
