Project Description

The project involved a part-retrospective planning application for a part single-storey and part two-storey rear extension at 22 Alicia Avenue, Crawley. The extension had already been constructed and was facing potential enforcement action, requiring a carefully prepared application to regularise the development and demonstrate compliance with the Council’s requirements.

We provided planning consultation, architectural drawing services, supported by a complete set of architectural drawings and a schedule of materials. Our involvement helped bring the development into the planning system, resulting in permission being granted.
