Project Description
We secured planning permission for the installation of a kitchen extraction and ventilation system at the rear elevation of 351 Green Lane, Ilford, IG3 9TH. Following initial feedback from the local planning authority, we were given the opportunity to redesign and refine the proposed scheme to address the council’s concerns while maintaining the client’s operational requirements. The revised proposal was carefully developed to comply with planning policy and minimise impacts on neighbouring properties.
As part of the planning application process, our team prepared and submitted a comprehensive package of supporting documents, including existing and proposed drawings, site location and block plans, a Design and Access Statement, and detailed specifications for the extraction and ventilation equipment. Through a collaborative approach, responsive design amendments, and a well-prepared submission, we successfully achieved planning permission, enabling the client to proceed with the development.
