Project Description

This project at 24 The Hornet, Chichester (PO19 7JG) involved preparing and securing planning permission from Chichester District Council for the installation of a kitchen extraction and ventilation system along with associated internal works for a commercial premises.

The proposal was supported by detailed technical documentation, including acoustic assessments and ventilation design specifications, ensuring compliance with national and local planning policies. The application addressed all operational and environmental considerations, particularly in relation to noise control and residential amenity protection.

The scheme received full approval in September 2025, demonstrating the project’s adherence to design and environmental standards
