Project Description
We secured planning permission for the installation of a commercial kitchen extraction and ventilation system at 127 Queens Road, London SE15 2ND, supporting the efficient operation of the premises within Class E use. The scheme was carefully designed to manage the operational requirements of a restaurant use in a dense urban setting, with particular attention given to controlling odour, noise, and the visual impact of external ducting on both the host building and surrounding residential and commercial occupiers.
