Project Description

We secured planning permission for the installation of a commercial kitchen extraction and ventilation system at 127 Queens Road, London SE15 2ND, supporting the efficient operation of the premises within Class E use. The scheme was carefully designed to manage the operational requirements of a restaurant use in a dense urban setting, with particular attention given to controlling odour, noise, and the visual impact of external ducting on both the host building and surrounding residential and commercial occupiers.

Our agency prepared and coordinated a full suite of supporting planning documentation, including a detailed Planning Statement, Design and Access Statement, and precise technical drawings illustrating the proposed extraction layout and external termination.
