Project Description

Approval was granted by the London Borough of Redbridge for the discharge of planning conditions relating to a commercial flue extraction system and odour management strategy for premises fronting Cranbrook Road, Ilford. The project formed part of the ongoing development of a food and beverage operation, requiring detailed technical evidence to demonstrate that the extraction equipment would operate effectively while protecting the amenity of neighbouring properties.

Our submission included a comprehensive odour assessment, ventilation specifications, technical drawings, and supporting planning documentation to satisfy the Council’s requirements for Conditions 5 and 6. By providing a robust environmental strategy and demonstrating compliance with relevant guidance, the conditions were formally discharged, allowing the development to progress and the extraction system to be implemented in accordance with the approved planning permission.
