Project Description
At 16 Russell Road, London N20 0TS, we prepared a comprehensive set of architectural drawings in support of a householder planning application for a part single-storey and part two-storey rear extension, together with the addition of a new front porch.
The proposal was carefully developed to enhance the existing residential property, improving both internal living space and external kerb appeal while remaining in keeping with the character of the surrounding area. Our role included producing detailed planning drawings to clearly illustrate the proposed extensions and porch addition, ensuring the scheme was suitably presented for planning approval and aligned with relevant local planning policies for residential extensions and householder developments.
