Project Description

This project involved securing planning permission for the temporary change of use from Class E (Commercial) to Class F1 (Non-residential Institution) to accommodate a multi-functional Education and Learning Centre. The approved use also includes a public reading area, library space, and worship area, serving as a flexible community hub.

Our role included full planning consultancy, coordination with stakeholders, and submission of the planning application. Approval was granted by Bexley Council, with the development intended to support inclusive educational and cultural activities in the local area.
