Project Description

We secured planning permission for the installation of outdoor seating and planters on the public highway outside 154 Ladbroke Grove. The approved scheme includes the placement of 4 tables, 8 chairs, and moveable planters, enhancing the street presence and usability of the space for commercial purposes.

Our team prepared and submitted detailed architectural drawings and supporting documentation in compliance with local policy requirements. Permission was granted by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in October 2022.
