Project Description

At 12 Winstanley Way, Basildon, Essex (SS14 3BP), we prepared and managed a retrospective planning application for a single-storey front lobby extension and alterations to the ground floor external walls. The proposal also included new metal cladding, a rear door, and a bin area, improving both the functionality and appearance of the property.

Working closely with Basildon Borough Council, we successfully secured planning permission for the development, ensuring compliance with local planning policies. This project demonstrates our expertise in handling retrospective applications, commercial property extensions, and external upgrades that balance practical needs with modern design standards.
