We secured approval from Bedford Borough Council for the discharge of Condition 4 – Drainage at 28 Commercial Road, Bedford.
This forms part of a previously approved commercial development and ensures full compliance with drainage requirements outlined in national and local planning policy.

Our team prepared and submitted the necessary drainage documentation and liaised with the council to achieve approval under Article 27 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015. This approval clears the way for construction to proceed without delay, supporting compliant and sustainable commercial development.
